About this event
This nourishing class offers the perfect blend of movement and stillness. We begin with a gentle, mindful Vinyasa Flow to warm the body, connect with the breath, and release surface tension. As we transition into the second half of class, you’ll melt into the Release portion, focusing on deep rest and letting go either through Yin, deep stretches or restorative postures.
